Due to the Vendor’s timescales changing, one of our purchases was delayed by a number of weeks. 

Whilst this didn’t result in any delayed investment returns (as no funds needed exchanging), it did mean that the conversion work couldn’t start and was potentially going to impact another project that we had lined-up to commence immediately thereafter.

Our build team took on the challenge though and, from the point of them collecting the keys and undertaking the full conversion, to the property being fully tenanted, it only took 3½ weeks.

Whilst many other property investors suggest conversions take between 3-6 months, we’re able to achieve timescales of less than 1 month.

What does this mean?

Having a great team that understand that speed of implementation is key, means fast-tracked cash-flow for our Investors and, therefore, greater returns on investment.
